Who controls your data
GreenMind.AI Limited, company number 14783399, registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for the Last Agent Standing waitlist and Participate form.
What we collect
The waitlist collects your email address. The Participate form collects your email address, the route you choose and anything you write in the message box. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Why we collect it
We use waitlist details to tell you when Last Agent Standing launches. We use idea submissions to review and, where appropriate, respond to the idea. We use future contestant details to contact you if applications open for a later series. We use investment-update details to contact you if and when an investment round opens. Choosing investment updates is not an application to invest and does not create an offer. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Lawful basis
Consent. You gave it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by the route below.
Who processes it
Resend (resend.com) stores the waitlist and notification lists, and delivers form notifications and our emails on our behalf, as our processor. No other third party receives your submission through this website.
Analytics and cookies
There are none. This site runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no third-party embeds, and it sets no cookies on its public pages.
How long we keep it
Waitlist, future contestant and investment-update details are kept until you ask us to delete them or the relevant list has served its purpose, whichever comes first. Idea submissions are kept only as long as reasonably needed to review, respond to and manage the submission, unless a legal reason requires longer retention.
Your rights
- Erasure: reply to any email we send you, or write to hello@lastagentstanding.com, and we will delete your address.
- Access, rectification, restriction and objection: same route, same address.
- You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
