Turning Point by GreenMind Games. Provided and supported by MyAgentStore.ai Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17062463. New purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service. The merchant identified at checkout and on your receipt handles the payment transaction. Your Purchase
The USD19.99 purchase includes personal access to Vested Interests in English through our online browser service. It includes solo play with computer opponents and play on a shared screen. It does not include physical components, a downloadable offline edition, separate expansions or sequels. Common Ground and Firebreak, shown on our pages as coming soon, are not part of this purchase. Updates to Vested Interests are included while we operate the service.
You need internet access and a current WebGL-capable browser. A desktop or laptop with a mouse is recommended. Check the rules and tutorial videos before buying. Sign in with the email used for your purchase to recover access on another device. Keep your account and sign-in codes private; you may invite friends using private room links.
Price And Payment
Vested Interests is USD19.99. Online hosting is an optional, separate USD5 one-time upgrade. Invited guests pay nothing. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A valid discount code applies only to the items covered by that offer; a complimentary friends offer may include both the game and hosting. Link shows the payment currency, any applicable tax and the complete total before you pay. Local-currency conversion may be offered at checkout, and your bank may apply its own charges. Stripe handles sales tax, VAT and GST for transactions covered by Managed Payments. Our own VAT-registration status does not prevent Link from collecting applicable tax as the merchant of record.
Verify your email, review the selected pack, accept these terms and continue to Stripe. You can correct your selection before payment. Link handles payment and transaction support and sends your payment receipt. We do not receive full card details. MyAgentStore.ai Limited provides game access and product support. We provide access once Stripe confirms payment. If payment succeeds but access is delayed, check the order in your account or contact support with its reference. Do not pay again for the same order.
Hosting And Service Continuity
The USD5 hosting upgrade lets you organise private online games of Vested Interests, with invited guests joining free. Hosted access to the purchased game, and private-room hosting where bought, is included for at least three years from the relevant purchase date. There is no automatic expiry at three years and no automatic renewal charge. If we later propose a paid renewal, it requires your separate agreement. We will give at least 90 days' notice before a planned permanent service closure. Your statutory rights continue to apply if we cannot provide the service you purchased. Temporary maintenance and outages can occur; we will work to restore the service.
Refunds And Cancellation
We want you to enjoy Turning Point. Please explore the tutorials, rules and browser requirements before buying, and contact us if you need a hand. We do not offer an additional change-of-mind refund guarantee. Purchases are also subject to Link's transaction and refund terms shown at checkout. You can request transaction or refund support at Link support. Stripe may issue a refund under those terms. Your legal cancellation rights and your rights if something is wrong remain protected, as explained below.
For the digital game, you normally have 14 days from the day after purchase to cancel without giving a reason. If you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose this right, it ends when we begin supplying the game. We record your choice and include it in your purchase confirmation. Without that agreement, your cancellation right is not lost simply because access has been made available.
For the optional hosting upgrade, you have 14 days from the day after purchase to cancel without giving a reason. If you expressly ask us to start hosting during that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service supplied before you tell us you are cancelling, as permitted by law. For the initial included three-year period, that amount is based on the hosting price you paid and the elapsed share of that period. Starting hosting does not by itself remove your right to cancel, and the game's digital-content acknowledgement does not apply to hosting.
If the game is faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights, please contact us so we can help. You may be entitled to a repair or replacement or, where the law provides, a price reduction or refund. Services must also meet the standards required by law. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
For payment or refund requests, contact Link support or us and we will help direct your request. To exercise a cancellation right or report a product problem, email support@myagentstore.ai or write to our address above. Your purchase email and order reference help us find the purchase, but you do not need to use a particular form. For a valid cancellation, we return the amount due within 14 days of being told, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Other statutory refunds follow the applicable legal time limits. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. A refund may end the corresponding game or hosting access, depending on the remedy agreed; a partial price reduction does not automatically end all access.

Fair Use And Your Rights
Use the game for personal recreation. Do not resell accounts, interfere with other players, bypass access controls or attack the service. We may restrict misuse or suspend access connected with a payment dispute, while we investigate. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
You receive a personal licence, not ownership of the game or its artwork. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty digital content, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. The law of England and Wales governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections or access to courts in your place of residence. A later change to these terms does not retrospectively reduce an existing purchase entitlement.
